Q: What time is checkin?

A:
It's 3 p.m. The room will be ready from 15:00.
but we can keep your luggages before your check in.


Q: What time is checkout?

A:
It's 10 a.m.
If you use the late checkout service, it is possible to stay 12 p.m. (Additional charge 2000 yen per room (tax included))


Q: What is the Cancellation Fee regulation?

A:
Cancellation policy is as follows.
No-show : 100% of the room charge
That day : 100% of the room charge
The day before : 50% of the room charge


Q: Do you have TV?

A:
There is no permanent TV in the guest room.
However, since there is a internet-TV Tablet free rental service, you can enjoy Internet TV.


Q: Is the Internet fast?

A:
Yes, in June 2018 we introduced the latest standard (1 GB for both upload and download). You can watch movies etc. without problems.


Q: Can I eat breakfast?

A:
We are sorry that we do not have breakfast service.


Q: Can I smoke in the hotel?

A:
Smoking area is in the 2F. Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking rooms.


Q: Do you have a parking lot?

A:
Parking lot are available on a first come, first served basis.
(we cannot reserve a parking lot)
1 car for 700Yen/night. We have 11 lot only.
When you arrive hotel, please ask for reception desk. We will let you know the spot.
There are so many (coin) parking lot near by.
You have to pay the fee by yourself at that parking meter when taking your car out.
It costs about 800 yen~/night.


Q: Can I mail a package to the hotel?

A:
We can also accept package delivery and courier before your arrival.
When your package is shipped, please inform us in advance.
Please do not forget to put your name and staying date on the invoice and send it to the hotel address. We can receive your postal-package or an Amazon or Rakuten package, but Please make sure that we do NOT receive CASH ON DELIVERY ITEMS.


Q: Can we keep baggage?

A:
We will also keep your baggage before and after check-out, please feel free to tell the front desk.
